ACCOUNT MANAGER - CREATIVE AGENCY

Raccoon London is a rapidly growing London based photography and videography agency representing a team of creatives who specialise in event, sport, food, portrait and lifestyle photography. As well as the UK team we have a rapidly growing network of creatives globally as well as new partnerships. We work with globally recognised brands across a range of exciting activities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial self starter to come on board where you will have an opportunity to shape and create your own role and and have a large input into the direction of this rapidly growing organisation.

This will be a varied and interesting position that is newly created. Working between the owner Helen and Operations Manager Jo (who manages the day to day bookings), you will be responsible for managing enquiries, preparing quotes, helping to grow the business, lead new client interface, manage interactions with new partners and creatives and get involved in the business elements of running a small business such a responding to new enquiries, marketing, social media, and website updates.

You must be comfortable working remotely to UK hours (although we are often dealing with international clients and photographers). The role can be full time or potentially part time. There will be regular opportunities to work in East London with Helen for face to face collaboration.

We are looking for someone who is creative, flexible, personable and self motivated. You MUST have experience in the photography or production world and feel comfortable dealing with photographers, videographers, creating quotes and liaising with third party suppliers. You must also be structured and organised in order to follow up with invoicing, bookings and managing on the ground logistics and developing communication tools such as sales decks. You must be competent with social media and comfortable with website management (we use Squarespace) in order to update content and create blogs.

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Experience in the photography and/or videography world and also event production

  • Good understanding of sales process and lead generation with proven track record - good working knowledge of Hubspot or similar

  • Experienced in writing quotes and proposals for events

  • High levels of customer service

  • Interest in the creative world and working alongside photographers and creatives and developing our international team

  • Ability to identify creative talent and potential new sign ups

  • Social media savvy with a good understanding of strategy and comfortable writing blog posts / social media posts

  • Good IT skills - ability to update websites (we use Squarespace) and create documents

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - ability to craft powerful communications that connect and sell

  • Self starter, good organisational skills

  • Can do attitude and quick thinking to work independently to resolve issues

  • Flexible and positive
