Our photographers are exceptionally talented but just as importantly they are handpicked for their professionalism, flexibility and friendliness to ensure that their presence at any job is positive.
Over the years we have captured thousands of projects for clients; from individuals to household brands. We work directly with clients or with their agencies and aim to be a one stop shop for all content related needs.
As a small and friendly boutique agency, we pride ourselves in being responsive and agile in managing and delivering quality output. Our full time core team is supported by a wide ranging network of producers, suppliers and talent, enabling us to quickly upscale to accommodate the largest of briefs.
Established over 15 years ago, Raccoon London started life as a small event photography agency, mostly servicing private clients and capturing parties. In 2019 the agency was taken over by Helen Abraham and since then has grown to be a truly global content creation agency. The core of the creative team is based in London with around 40 photographers and videographers, but we also have a rapidly expanding international team of around 70 creatives spread across 30 countries.
We are a female owned and led independent business with a focus on ensuring our team is diverse. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for every person within our network, encouraging collaboration and development.

As the owner and lead photographer at Raccoon London, Helen brings over 15 years of photography experience and passion for capturing life’s memorable moments. Having started her career in marketing she had 8 years of solid agency experience with global brands and understands the need for powerful visuals to promote and educate.
Since taking over Raccoon in 2019 she has been driven to create more than a photography agency, but a space where creativity meets genuine care for our clients. We’re here to ensure that every detail is captured, delivering content that has lasting resonance. She is passionate about building a diverse and supportive team of creatives.

Tom
Account Manager
Tom is an Account Manager with years of experience working within the creative industries, working closely with clients and freelancers on a large variety of projects. Tom has over 10 years of photography experience working with both commercial and personal art projects. His background in administration means he has strong project & client management skills and is confident working well under pressure and to tight deadlines. He enjoys meeting new creative talent and matching them with clients to create meaning and lasting relationships.
Tom is passionate about live music & travelling and loves to combine the two wherever possible. He can often be found watching his much loved Arsenal when at home in London.

Sooz Hynes
Operations Manager | Executive Producer
Sooz brings a unique blend of creative vision and logistical precision to Raccoon. With a strong background in multimedia and film production, she has produced shoots internationally, delivering high-quality content across film, television, animation, photography, and events. She ensures every phase, from development through to post-production, runs seamlessly, delivering impactful, high-quality content.
Outside of work, Sooz loves travelling and the outdoors - especially being in the water - paddle boarding whenever she gets the chance, and has a particular passion for all things feline.
