She wanted photographers who were not only creative but also skilled at working with diverse clients. In 2018, Helen Abraham took ownership of Raccoon, continuing its legacy of excellence.

We operate a full-time office from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, and can often provide a photographer within as little as one hour’s notice. We also have an out-of-hours contact number, ensuring that our team is always available for your event, even on short notice.

Our team comprises nearly 100 photographers, videographers, and editors based in London and worldwide. Every professional on our team is personally known to us and has at least five years of professional experience. While all are exceptional event photographers, many also specialize in areas like documentary, portrait, fashion, and still-life photography. Beyond their talent, we ensure our team members are conscientious, hardworking, and pleasant to have at your event.

Yes! Photographers vary in style and energy. While we maintain consistent quality across our team, each photographer has a unique approach. We’ll recommend 2-3 photographers who best suit your project, and you can choose based on their portfolios and your connection with their style. If one photographer is especially suited to your needs, we’ll guide you accordingly.

Absolutely. We believe it’s vital for you to know who will be capturing your event. We’ll share portfolios of available team members so you can review their recent work and feel confident in their abilities.

Yes. While we handle the logistics, you’ll have the chance to speak directly with the photographer or videographer to discuss any specific requests. For larger or multi-day projects, we set up a WhatsApp group to ensure smooth communication.

This depends on the project. Typically, you’ll receive around 70 images per hour for events and approximately 10 per person for portrait shoots. We’ll discuss your specific requirements beforehand. All selected images are carefully edited for color and finish, ensuring they tell the story of your event.

We use an intuitive online gallery system to share your images. From this secure platform, you can easily download and share content with your team. Our gallery includes AI facial recognition software, allowing guests to find their images quickly. We also offer printing services through our partners.

Yes. While our main team is London-based, we have vetted professionals across Europe, the USA, Africa, and Asia. This approach supports local talent, ensures consistent quality, and aligns with our sustainability policy by minimising unnecessary travel.

We have a large team of standby photographers and streamlined communication methods to ensure a replacement is available, even at short notice.

Invoices are issued with your gallery link and are payable within one month. Payment can also be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Yes, all our photographers and filmmakers hold public liability insurance. Additionally, Raccoon London has its own policy, and we can provide documents upon request.

We use images for social media and marketing purposes unless the content is under NDA or you specifically request otherwise during booking.

We guarantee delivery of still images within 48 hours. We can arrange earlier delivery if required, and many photographers can provide social-quality images during the event.

For a 90-second to 2-minute highlights video, Version 1 will be delivered within one week. Two rounds of feedback and revisions are included, with final delivery within three weeks. Additional revisions are charged at standard rates, agreed upon before proceeding.

Once a booking is confirmed by accepting the quote and signing the contract, cancellations or postponements may incur charges, including 100% of the photography/videography fees and any direct costs such as travel or equipment hire.

The copyright belongs to Raccoon London and the photographer. Licenses for web, social, and PR use are included with event bookings. Copyright purchase can be negotiated before booking if required. Paid media usage incurs additional fees.

For shoots longer than five hours, our team will require a short break and refreshments. For full-day shoots, a meal is necessary. If food isn’t provided, the team may need to leave the site briefly to arrange this.

We have captured events from intimate proposals through to multi day multi city conferences for global brands. Whether it’s a party, conference, corporate hospitality, red carpet event or brand activation we will match the most suitable to the shoot.

Yes - we have an extensive network of freelancers and can provide producers, models, hair and make up, runners, stylist and all levels of animators and editors according to the brief.
