Experienced conference photographers in London

We have a team of around 50 experienced conference photographers all based in London (we also have a large international team - see here).  All of our photographers are busy working photographers who have at least 5 years experience in the industry and as well as specialising in conference photography they have their own specialisms in portrait photography, product photography and food and drink photography.  Many of them are award winning or regularly exhibit their work or are featured in leading press and magazines such as Vogue, Tatler and Vice.  Whilst the Raccoon house style is has a consistent quality, especially in the post production, each of our photographers has their own individual style and ability to frame a moment.

Delivering your photographs

We understand that there are different requirements for delivery depending on the event.  Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours.  However, we can also offer on-site delivery and same day delivery of pictures if this is requested on booking.

All of your pictures are professionally edited according to the clean and bright Raccoon house style and delivered on a private online gallery which can be shared with media and colleagues.  Images can be downloaded in high resolution and prints ordered directly.

Our fast turnarounds mean that you aren’t kept waiting for your pictures from your party or to get those all important first images out to press.  As standard delivery time is within 48 hours however images can be delivered as a social media highlights selection the same night or if required we can provide an on-site editor to deliver images virtually in real time. Many of our team have cameras that can deliver photographs direct to a mobile phone.

Why should you use an agency for your photography?

Raccoon London was established in 2008 and over the last 15 years we have photographed thousands of events for our clients which range from private individuals through to some of the world’s largest businesses. In 2018 we expanded our operations to Europe and Worldwide to build our team overseas. As a result we are able to service the needs of clients based in the UK but have operations globally to ensure a consistency of style in the output but also take on the management and production of the media elements of an event for our clients.

We have a full time support operations staff based in London so are readily contactable even when our photographers are out on shoots. We have an extensive network of creatives and can check availability quickly and deliver quotes within hours of an enquiry.

With a large photography team we can ensure that any issues due to travel or sickness can be covered hastily without any concerns for yourself.

We also have a large production network to cater for larger shoots that might require drone operators, sound and lighting, hair and make up, stylists and studios plus onsite editors for fast turnarounds. We can handle every aspect of the production for you.
