An opportunity to update corporate headshots
With our mobile studio with full lighting and backdrop set up you can utilise this opportunity to quickly update your corporate headshot catalogue with an interactive service allowing them to view, approve and select their photograph immediately and then upload them to a viewing gallery for download and use after the conference.
Our team also have printing equipment if you wanted to have images printed and distributed with your branding on the day as momentos of the occasion.
How are the pictures delivered after the conference
Once the event is finished your files are saved in multiple locations for safety. The photographer will then edit your images to ensure that each picture is individually cropped, colour adjusted and enhanced. The final pictures will be available for you to view on a private online gallery - from here you can download the images, order prints or share with the rest of your team, colleagues, speakers and delegates.
Videography at your conference
We can also offer skilled videographers and editors to either capture in realtime and livestream your event or create a showreel for later delivery featuring all the highlights of your event to share with sponsors, clients or delegates after the show.
