Set in 60 acres of open countryside only half an hour from West London, the Holland & Holland Shooting Grounds have provided world-class tuition since 1932. We spent the day with the team and Chris Bird, their chief instructor to capture the journey that a client goes through for a gun fitting.
The Shooting Grounds cater to both game and sporting shots with a wide range of simulated game and clay pigeon targets. The 100-yard outdoor rifle range provides full facilities to test, zero, and practise rifle shooting in preparation for stalking.
In addition to the shooting facilities the site features a restaurant and a Sautter’s cigar smoking room with views of the parkland.
